Authorities say the bicyclist was hit by a Nissan Rogue on the 9000 block of New Falls Road around 7 p.m.
The victim, who was "wearing dark-colored clothing and no helmet," was critically injured and pronounced dead by first responders, police said. He has not been officially identified but authorities say he was a Levittown area resident in his 60s named Jose.
The driver of the Nissan, a 21-year-old Morrisville resident, remained on-scene and is cooperating with investigators, the department added.
Drugs and alcohol are not believed to have played a part in the deadly crash.
